　　The research and development experimental team of Greenco Industrial Co., Ltd. in Fengcheng City, Jiangxi Province is composed of "old, middle-aged and young" professional technical backbones. The company cooperates with the doctoral team of Jiangnan University to engage in the research and development of multi-faceted chemical products. It has been engaged in vulcanizing agents and accelerators for many years. , anti-aging agent, special rubber additives and other research and development and testing experience, all products produced are tested according to the international standard ASTM.
　　The well-equipped research and development equipment provides all-round support and one-stop service for sample analysis from new product design, process, development to product small test, pilot test and product analysis. At the same time, it has the development and verification of analytical methods, the stability research of new product preparations, quality evaluation and the formulation of related quality standards.
　　Welcome to Greenco Industrial R&D Laboratory. The main experimental equipment is as follows:
　　1. Corning Advanced-Flow microchannel G1 glass reactor is used for rapid screening and optimization of laboratory-scale continuous flow chemical synthesis processes, as well as small tonnage-level Batch synthetic production. It has large flow rate, high flexibility, corrosion resistance, strong mass transfer and heat transfer performance, which is conducive to higher product yield and better production efficiency. It can easily complete what tank reactors cannot easily accomplish. Work is the forefront direction of modern fine chemical industry development.

　　2. Agilent 1220 high performance liquid chromatograph adopts HPLC method for routine analysis of small and medium-sized experiments, optimized routine analysis efficiency, extraordinary accuracy, and excellent precision, escorting the company's product quality control and product development , while providing customers with reliable, stable and high-quality products.

　　3. The retention time locking (RTL) of Agilent 7820A gas chromatograph keeps the exact retention time unchanged between different injections, different chromatographic columns, different instruments and different laboratories, and obtains higher data consistency; electronic gas path adjustment ( EPR) through the high-precision digital display of pressure/flow; it can realize the detection and quantitative analysis of one part per billion (ppb) to one thousandth level in a single injection, control the quality of raw materials, and improve the stability of products sex.

　　4. European and American LS-909 laser particle size analyzer is used to measure the size distribution and strength distribution of various powder materials. The particle size analyzer for both dry and wet methods can test a wider range of particle sizes, with high automation, large dynamic range, good repeatability, and strong resolution.

　　5. Automatic potentiometric titrator and micro moisture titrator can be used for the determination of pH value and moisture content.
