With Glikacit ®, GENECO has set the industry standard for rubber chemicals and additives. Selected raw materials and superior production technology help to ensure the excellent quality of GENECO products. Glikacit ® can be divided into five ranges according to chemical structure, including sulfenamides, dithiocarbamates, guanidines, thiuranis, and thiazoles.
GENECO has been committed to improving product quality to satisfy customers. In order to improve the curing reaction speed of accelerator, shorten the curing time, reduce the amount of curing agent, and improve the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizate, GENECO provides customers with Glikacit ® that can improve the curing production efficiency and the quality of vulcanized rubber, and reduce product costs.
The rubber compound is prone to aging while being used, thus it is required to incorporate a protective system to postpone aging and prevent a sharp reduction in performance.
Based on the color of the finished product and the synthetic process, antioxidants employed during the synthetic process of synthetic rubber should be selected. For solution polymerized rubber, antioxidants that are readily soluble in the solvent used for rubber production should be used. For emulsion polymerized rubber, antioxidants that can mix with the emulsifier used in rubber synthesis to generate a stable lotion should be utilized. Additionally, when deciding between polluting and non-polluting antioxidants, the product's hue should be taken into account.
GENECO antioxidants are evolving toward environmental protection, high molecular weight, compound, and multi-function. The DSC method can be used to determine the raw rubber's oxidation induction time or temperature, and it can also be used to assess how well an antioxidant performs when exposed to heat and oxygen over time.
Vulcanizing agents refers to a kind of chemical substance that can make rubber molecular chain cross chain reaction. It is a kind of cross-linking agent, also known as bridge agent in industry.
GENECO vulcanizing agents in natural rubber can prevent reversal of vulcanization, enhance heat resistance, lower heat generation, and increase aging resistance when mixed with sulfur. They may greatly lessen compression permanent deformation and are suited for systems of high temperature vulcanization. They can also lower the peroxide level, stop rubber from burning during processing, and be applied to thick, large-scale natural rubber products as well as a variety of rubber accoutrements.
